A message dated August 4, 2014, was received stating the Governor                                                               
signed the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled                                                        
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:                                                                
                                                                                                                                
      CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 121(FIN)                                                                                            
      "An Act relating to the examinations, board, loans, and records of                                                        
      the Alaska Commercial Fishing and Agriculture Bank; and
